Incident at Easter Road
On Sunday, 16 August 2026, a 59‑year‑old man collapsed at Easter Road Stadium during the Scottish League Cup clash between Hibernian and Partick Thistle. Police Scotland received a report of a man having taken unwell around 2.30 pm, roughly half an hour after kick‑off.
